Mediation Rates ( divided equally and payable at the end of the mediation )

• Business $250.00 per hour plus one time administrative fee of $150
• Personal injury and tort $200 per hour plus one time administrative fee of $150
• Other $150 per hour plus one time administrative fee of $150

Arbitration Rates  ( divided equally among parties and paid as per engagement letter )

• Fee schedule $300.00 per hour for study time, panel duties, and hearing
• $150 one time administrative fee
• Engagement letter outlining scope is provided and required
• Overnight and out of state engagement travel expenses are additional

Private adjudication and all other services ( divided equally among parties as per engagement letter )

• Fee schedule $300.00 per hour for study time, panel duties, and hearing
• $150 one time administrative fee
